  : أهداف المجموعة #
  the group goals :
  ١- جمع الصور التراثية كالصور ومقاطع الفيديو والمعلومات في مكان واحد ليسهل الإطلاع عليها والتفاعل معها .
  1- collecting the old picture, videos and information about al-Ahsa in one place so every body can see and interact with them
  
  ٢- إبراز الأحساء سياحياً ، لأن أكثر ما يهتم به السائحين هو الإرث الحضاري لأي مدينة يتم زيارتها ، والأحساء تزخر بإرث كبير في شتى المجالات : الزراعية - التجارية - العلمية - الأدبية … إلخ
  
  2-showing the tourism side of Al-Ahsa , because the most thing a tourist care about is the tradition sites and Al-Ahsa is very reach in various fields : Agricultural - business - scientific - literary, etc.
  
  ٣- ربط حاضر الأحساء بماضيها لكي يتعرف أهالي الأحساء على ماضي مدينتهم الجميل ، وينطبق هذا الهدف أيضاً على جميع المواطنين من خارج الأحساء .
  
  3-linking the present with the past so Al-Ahsa people could learn more about there amazing tradition , and also letting other people from outside Al-Ahsa to learn about it.
  
  
  
  ٤- جمع اكبر عدد من الصورالقديمة للأحساء لكي يتم الاستفادة منها في إعداد أي موضوع يتم نشره مستقبلاً سواء كان ذلك : كتاب - مجلة - تقرير - فيلم .... إلخ
  
  4-collect The largest possible number of tradition picture about Al-Ahsa so we can even use them in future for any subject like a Magazine, Journal , movie etc.
  
  ٥- نشر تلك المعلومات و الصور مقاطع الفيديو على نطاق واسع في المواقع الإخبارية المدونات لنشر ثقافة حضارية تجتذب الكثير من المهتمين من داخل الأحساء وخارجها وهذا يصب في مصلحة تسويق الأحساء سياحياً
  
  5-Share what we collect Globally in the news sites and blogs to let every body know about our culture and that would help to attack a lot of people form Al-Ahsa or even outside it who care about the tradition to help marketing the tourism in Al-Ahsa.

  : المواد التي يمكن نشرها في هذه المجموعة #
  # Materials allow to be shared in the group:
  
  ١- الصور القديمة للأحساء فقط والتي مضى على تصويرها أكثر من (( ٢٥ عاماُ )) سواء كانت : شوارع - مزارع - أشخاص - أسواق ، ولا يسمح بنشر أي صور حديثة أو التي لم يمض على تصويرها (( ٢٥ عاماً ))
  
  1-Only old picture for Al-Ahsa which have been taken more than ((25 Years)), whether it is: Streets-Farms-People-Market . Pictures that after 25 year old will be removed.
  
  ٢- مقاطع وأفلام قديمة عن الأحساء
  2 - clips and old movies about Al-Ahsa
  
  ٣- المواضيع التي سبق نشرها ومرفق معها صورة قديمة (( بشرط أن يكون الموضوع له ارتباط بالصورة المنشورة، وأن لا يمس الموضوع النواحي السياسية أو الدينية أو الطائفية أو الأخلاق بشكل عام ))
  
  3 - Subject already published with an old photo (( the subject MUST has a link to the published picture, and does not related to political, religious or racism or ethics in general))

  : المنشورات غير المسموح بنشرها #
  # Materials not allow to be shared in the group:
  ١- لا يسمح بنشر الصور الحديثة للأحساء والتي تم لم يمض على تصويرها (( ٢٥ عاماُ )) وسوف يتم تحليل أي صورة واستنتاج عمرها الزمني فإذا تبين أنه لا ينطبق عليها هذا المعيار فسوف نضطر آسفين إلى ازالتها ( مع حفظ الحق لصاحبها )
  1- the new picture or the one after 25 years old for Al-Ahsa , we will test and ask about it's age and it's not older than 25 years, we will be sorry to remove it.
  
  ٢- لا يسمح بنشرالصورالمزورة أو التي تم التلاعب بها من خلال أحد برامج التصميم كالفوتوشوب (( لدينا برنامج يكشف كافة بيانات الصورة والتعديلات التي جرت عليها ))
  2- it's not allow to share manipulated picture through any kind of design application such as photoshop (We have an Application that will tell us about every small change made to this picture )
  
  
  ٣- لا يسمح بنشر الصور التي لها إيحاء (( سياسي )) أو (( ديني )) أو (( طائفي )) أو (( منافي للأخلاق الإسلامية ))
  
  3 - it's not allow to share the picture that have a inspiration of ((political)) or ((religious)) or ((racism)) or ((against Islamic rules))
  
  ٤- لا يسمح بنشر صور قديمة لاشخاص أو أجداد لأن تلك الصور -وان كانت مهما لاصحابها- تعتبر ليست ذات أهمية لباقي الأعضاء وقد تحول القروب إلى معرض للصور الشخصية القديمة وهذا ينافي الأهدف الذي من أجله تم تأسيس هذا القروب ، ولكن يسمح لصور الشخصيات إذا كانت تؤرخ إلى جانب الأشخاص المكان أو المنطقة اللتي صورت فيها
  
  
  4 - it's not allow sharing the old photographs of people or grandparents because those images - and even if it important to the owners - are not important to the rest of the members , and that will cause to make to group to be a photo gallery of old personal and this is against to the goals of establishing the group , but allows for pictures if it chronicling the place or region which photographed
  
  ٥ - لا يسمح بنشر أي تعليق منافي لأي من الضوابط التي تم الإشارة إليها سابقاً ، وفي حال ثبت أن أحد الأعضاء قام بنشر تعليق مسئ فسوف نضطرآسفين إلى (( طرد العضو وحظره ))
  
  5 - it's not allow to comment against any of the rules that have been referred to previously,
  and if we see that, will be sorry to ((remove the member and block him\her))
  
  
  ٦- لا يسمح بنشر صور قديمة لاشخاص أو أجداد لأن تلك الصور -وان كانت مهمه لاصحابها- تعتبر ليست ذات أهمية لباقي الأعضاء وقد تحول القروب إلى معرض للصور الشخصية القديمة وهذا ينافي الأهدف الذي من أجله تم تأسيس هذا القروب '
  
  It's not allowed to publish any old pictures for people - even if it's so important for them - dosn't related to the the group or thier members, that may concern to be a personal. It will be against the group policy.
  
  ٧- لا يسمح بنشر الإعلانات التجارية أو الدعايات أياً كان نوعها سواء كانت دعاية شخصية أو الدعاية لصفحات أخرى .. إلخ
  7 - it's not allow to share any commercials or advertising of any kind, whether personal or for other pages .. Etc.

  : الحقوق الفكرية لاصحاب الصور #
  بما أن أغلبية الصور القديمة لا يعرف مصوروها ( ربما مات الكثير منهم ) وبما ان تلك الصور منشورة على نطاق واسع ، لذا فإن الحقوق الفكرية غير متوفرة لأشخاص محددين إلا إذا كان المصور على قيد الحياة ومعروف فيتم اخباره والاستئذان منه لنشر صوره أو وضع اسمه واضحاً على تلك الصورة لحفظ حقوقه الفكرية ، وفي حال وصلنا أي اعتراض من أي جهة على اي صور تم نشرها فسوف يتم التحقق من الاعتراض واذا ثبت ان الاعتراض صحيح فسوف نضطر آسفين إلى ازالة تلك الصور فوراً
  
  
  
  All Rights for owners of the pictures #
  Since the majority of the photographer of the old picture are unknown (perhaps many have died) and Since these images are posted on public, so the intellectual rights are not available to specific individuals only if the photographer is alive and well known then we will take the permission from him to publish the pictures or put his name clearly in the picture to save his intellectual rights, and if we got any objection from anyone on any published images, we will check the objection and if it is proved that the objection is true we will be sorry to remove those images immediately.
